As a CS Analyst you will be a part of Set Up & Implementation team under the Customer Success department, supporting the delivery of impactful solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in analyzing data, visualizing insights, and collaborating with internal teams to transform raw data into impactful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze multi-sources of data and corpuses using our NLP (natural language processing) platform to deliver valuable insights.

  • Suggest data visualizations and data formatting to effectively communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to clients.

  • Actively participate in project development with the Customer Success team, working alongside Strategists to implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with designers, futurists, and industry experts to build and deliver future scenarios for C-level clients in marketing, insights, and business functions.

  • Apply your analytical mindset to address client challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable solutions.


Profil recherché

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in areas such as Strategic Foresight, Data Analysis, and Quantitative & Qualitative market research; experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.

  • Past experience working on data-centric projects involving data analysis, interpretation, and visualization is essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

  • Advanced level in MS Excel is required; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

  • Fluency in both English and French is required

  • You are creative, curious, and a big-picture thinker, with a passion for marketing and business across diverse industries.

  • You thrive in a start-up environment where agility, collaboration, and a proactive mindset are valued.

  • Excited to work on projects with Fortune 500 clients (e.g., L’Oréal, Galeries Lafayette, McDonald’s)
