As a SUI Senior Manger, you are part of the Set-Up & Implementation team under Customer Services Department. This department consists of 3 functions: Set-Up & Implementation, Customer Success, and Account Management, all working together to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Your main responsibilities include owning the streams of

1/ Set-up & framework development

  • Own the scope and framework development, defining shifts, sub- shifts, topics, and initial keywords…etc, ensuring quality validation

  • Own framework delivery, securing client approval on final outputs.

  • Provide strategic direction for sourcing briefs and validate final lists

  • Support and validate the work of managers and analysts, ensuring accuracy and high standards in delivery

2/ Project activation

  • Own the project planning. Assess feasibility, schedule, and plan based on client briefs

  • Define vision and briefs for deliverables (e.g., workshops, presentations, deep dives), provide feedback, and ensure quality control

Additionally, you will be supporting with

3/ Account management

  • Co-develop account roadmaps and strategy with the Account Manager, defining deliverables, timelines, and working methodologies

  • Support account governance processes, and empower customer success by sharing client feedback

  • Provide inputs and validate content developed by AM regarding QVR and AVR , and participating in sessions if needed

  • Identify key stakeholders and share relevant insights with AMs to enhance visibility into decision-makers and influencers

  • Co-create and validate client kick off content with the team

4/ Onboarding & socialization

  • Participate in initial onboarding alongside the core team

  • Support the team in resolving client concerns and optimizing workflow efficiency


Profil recherché

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic insight, foresight, and growth strategy development across a range of industries, ideally within a strategic research agency, growth & innovation consultancy, or management consulting firm

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies

  • Previous experience working in a SaaS B2B environment is a plus

  • Experience in project implementation, ensuring structured execution and quality assurance

  • Experienced in building trusted advisory relationships with senior customers, offering strategic insights, challenging perspectives, and guiding high-level decision making

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus

  • An insatiable curiosity, open-minded and willing to learn –always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration -a keen interest in wider culture, business and current affairs

  • A creative problem-solver; able to think both analytically AND creatively, and bring a fresh perspective by connecting the dots in unexpected ways

  • Interested in brands and businesses –how they connect with people, how they communicate, how they sell and how they can evolve

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with clients. You will play a key role in shaping product development by gathering and incorporating valuable customer feedback
