As a key member of the team, you will deliver exceptional sales and advisory services to our customers, leveraging your personal expertise to drive sales and help achieve Devialet’s goals.

  • Share your in-depth knowledge of our products with customers following comprehensive in-house training.

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and fellow team members, based on trust and collaboration.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to keep a competitive edge.

  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.

  • Ensure accurate customer information is logged and maintained in the company CRM system, focusing on retention and identifying new high-potential clients.

  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and client shipments (both UK and global). Track goods movement and sales, implementing weekly inventory updates.

  • Provide detailed and accurate daily reports to the Head Office.

  • Assist customers with product setup and perform occasional installations when needed.


Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in a luxury retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and best-in-class customer service practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.

  • Competent IT skills.

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic is a significant advantage.
