About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Diabolocom, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of client projects:
· You will work with a wide variety of clients, including major accounts in sectors such as retail, healthcare, real estate, and many others.
· You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the solution: drafting specifications, configuration, interactions between the CRM and the solution, and putting it into production.
· You will be responsible for project management, which includes understanding the project scope, gathering and analyzing client requirements, ensuring commitments are met, and providing consultancy services based on best practices, among other responsibilities.
· You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, developers, and product managers.
Your Profile:
· Experience in integrating software solutions for clients.
· Knowledge of or a strong interest in customer relationship management.
· Degree from an engineering school with significant project management experience, preferably with a Cloud software publisher.
· Customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Strong interest in web technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and sales teams.
· Proactive and autonomous, with a sense of anticipation and initiative.
· Native French speaker, fluent English.
