We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who speaks fluent Italian to join our team in Bordeaux. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the ad tech industry while working on real projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist our Italian clients in using our platform effectively.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of DOOH campaigns to ensure their success.

• Provide training to clients and address their inquiries.

• Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to our services.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ad Operations, Sales) to enhance the customer experience.

Your Profile

• You speak fluent Italian and are also proficient in French or English.

• You are a student pursuing higher education in business, communication, marketing, or a related field.

• You are curious, energetic, and eager to learn.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and quickly become autonomous.

• Prior experience in customer relations or support is a plus but not require
