The role

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will manage the Heads of Sales based in France, Belgium, the UK, Spain, Italy and the Nordics in order to develop our sales activity in these countries and promote our Demand-Side Platform to agencies and brands in these markets.

Where and how can you work?

The offer is based at our offices in Paris.

In addition, we support a hybrid working model, allowing up to two days of teleworking a week.

What will be your impact?

As a Regional Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise, manage and execute the commercial activities and revenues of a regional sales team.

  • Manage the Heads of Sales in the countries concerned (5 to date).

  • Prepare forecasts, manage the territory and develop growth plans.

  • Ensure that the regional sales plan is aligned with the company’s revenue target.

  • Identify new growth opportunities and implement actions to accelerate sales development.


Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if you have

  • 10+ years in the digital advertising industry, with a strong background in programmatic advertising, media buying platforms, or SaaS.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires changing context several times a day covering an international dimension within the sales director role.

  • Proven leadership in building and nurturing high-impact partnerships, navigating complex deal structures, and aligning commercial strategy with evolving market dynamics.

  • Ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations with C-suite executives at global media agencies, translating business needs into long-term value-driven partnerships.

  • Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams and aligning regional efforts with broader company goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable business development.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Our hiring process

Our hiring process includes three steps over approximately two weeks:

  • 1. Pre-qualification Interview (20 minutes): An initial discussion to assess your background and fit for the role.

  • 2. Interview with the VP Sales

  • 3. Interview with the CRO

  • 4. Final Meeting (30 minutes): A concluding discussion with Laure, our CEO
