Reporting into our Head of Operations, the Marketing manager will own all marketing activities at DJUST. Very hands on, your objective will be to work with the sales team to drive revenue growth through tactical actions and build the DJUST brand.
Professional duties, responsibilities and competencies
Ownership for the growth of our inbound funnel: with the responsibility for 30% of pipeline generation through putting in place the relevant top of the funnel initiatives (events, webinars, exec dinners, etc) and nurturing paths to build the funnel. Ensure our lead scoring and tiering strategies are optimal.
Responsible for our content (ebooks, articles, whitepapers) creation and distribution, supported by external agencies. Keyword prioritisation and analysis of results.
Ownership of the design and content of our website, supported by an external agency.
Responsible for our social media strategy (Linkedin for DJUST & our CEO)
Responsible for Product Marketing & sales enablement to ensure we have the best pitch materials, customer case studies, competitor battle cards for our sales team
Coordination of external service providers : Identify, evaluate, supervise, communicate and negotiate contracts with external service providers (advertising agencies, public relations agencies, specialised freelancers)
Brand Development : Responsible for the development and management of the company’s brand, including building the relationship with Gartner and promoting the brand to customers.
Management of the marketing budget: Management of marketing budgets and analysis of the return on investment of marketing campaigns, working in a quick test and learn way to adapt the marketing strategy based on ROI
Data Analysis and Reporting with our CRM: Responsible for creating a bimonthly marketing dashboard and analysing marketing data, measuring the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, and providing regular reports to company management to help make informed decisions.
Development and implementation of the DJUST marketing strategy: Work in tandem with the sales team to build a coherent go-to-market strategy aligning sales, marketing and partnerships. Identifying market trends and proposing strategies to reach new customers or new markets, hand in hand with the sales team.
Management of an apprentice - no plan to grow the team further at this stage
5+ years of experience in Growth and Marketing , with exposure to BtoB SaaS
100% hands on - confortable in a scrappy startup environment

Data driven decision making
A well rounded marketer: you are familiar with product marketing, field marketing, growth, content, SEO, events
