What you’ll do

We’re seeking a Financial administrator (x/f/m) to join us on our mission to change the way that the healthcare industry works. You will be based at our Amsterdam office and be part of the global Shared Service Center, which sits at the heart of our business. Within this role, you’ll be responsible for helping us drive our platform forward and stand apart from our competition.  You’ll be joining a small but extremely talented & experienced engineering team, to work on the truly transformational, as well as to push yourself to the next level.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable : 
    • Single point of contact for local teams in our Amsterdam office for Purchase request creation, centralisation of invoices, status on a payable and all questions related to third party payables
    • Support of self billing for third parties
    • Support for expense claims questions
  • Billing:
    • Sales administration in our billing system (Zuora) for billing information : 
    • Support the Billing  team by helping with preparation of customer invoices.
    • Control quality of customer master data.
    • Support to month
      -end close (IFRS)
    • Handle queries from clients related to financial transactions.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to implement and improve financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad
    -hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the finance team.

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you are:

  • currently enrolled in a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration
  • Strong interest in finance basics and accounting principles
  • Proficient with Excel and appetence to accounting software (SAP, Zuora, Sales Force)
  • Strong appetite for communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Language skills : strong level of English, and speaking Dutch is preference, but not a must
