As a Lead QA Analyst, you will be part of an international team focused on improving the performance, features, and design of an exciting product for healthcare professionals. You will join our Clinical domain, working on features that are used throughout the day by healthcare practitioners in France today and Germany tomorrow to prescribe medications and therapies, write sick leaves and referral letters and many other treatment plan documents. Thanks to this, we help healthcare professionals save time, be more productive, and feel in control of their workload and activities by automating tasks as much as possible while providing clear and accessible information regarding their patients.
In our domain, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping our entire QA strategy, collaborating with up to 5 different product teams to deliver the best European clinical software for healthcare practitioners.
What you’ll do
As a Staff Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:
- Strategize QA across teams: supporting and guiding up to five product teams, ensuring consistent QA practices and standards are upheld.
- Develop advanced test strategies: architecting and implementing advanced testing methodologies, including automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.
- Lead cross-team QA initiatives: driving QA guild meetings and fostering collaboration between teams to share best practices.
- Be responsible for bugs and metrics: syncing with support teams, accelerating cycle time and working on metrics such as injection rate, hotspots, recurring patterns.
- Drive quality metrics analysis: providing in-depth analysis of metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement across multiple teams.
- Champion regulatory compliance: leading efforts to ensure all teams meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Mentor senior QAAs and team members: offering expertise and guidance to develop the skills of QA professionals across the organization.
- Orchestrate cross-team QA initiatives: facilitating events such as guild meetings, strategy alignment workshops, and quality improvement sessions, driving consensus and organizational impact.
Who you are
- You have at least 6+ years of QA experience, with a focus on leading test strategies and QA efforts across multiple teams.
- You have expert knowledge of QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing.
- You are experienced in regulatory compliance and security standards.
- You possess strong leadership and project management skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams.
- You are proactive, strategic, and passionate about quality.
Now, it would be fantastic if:
- You have already experience working in the medical domain.
- You are familiar with our stack, including Java and React.
- Are proficient in French or German languages.
