As Doctrine’s Content and Social Media Manager, your #1 responsibility it to grow the Doctrine Brand and manage our online reputation. You want to build a Brand Leader and thrive to turn fans in customers and customers in ambassadors. You will ensure the company protects and promotes it’s image and narrative in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner, both internally or externally through owned and earned media.

What you’ll do

  • Play a key part in building Doctrine’s branding strategy by working on content marketing, social media and community management in order to serve our objectives such as customer acquisition, brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute our content and social media strategies and take part in the production of high-impact content (video, infographics, blog articles…) to be distributed on our blog, social media but also for PR communications.
  • Manage and grow Doctrine’s social networks (Facebook, Linkedin, twitter, Instagram) to foster Doctrine’s awareness through innovative content strategies
  • Detect public relations issues as they emerge in order to address them directly to deflect criticism
  • Exercise extremely high judgment in narrow timeframes, particularly by injecting logic and care into leadership communications.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding content and social media strategies surrounding them
  • Within the marketing team, work hand-in-hand with Public Affairs team to build a coordinated communication strategy.

Profil recherché

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years’ experience in building and executing digital communication strategies, preferably at a high-growth, technology company.
  • Expert in content strategy and social networks (facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
  • You use both halves of your brain: You are creative but also well structured and rigorous
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
