Directly reporting to the Senior Ops Manager, the Central Operations Associate will be a key contributor to our Central Operations team, playing a pivotal role in developing scalable processes, implementing operational tools, and ensuring cross-market alignment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our operations in a fast-paced, data-driven, and international environment, where you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate closely with central and regional teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, while developing skills in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process Development and Tool Implementation: Implement scalable operational processes and tools across markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Work with regional POCs to adapt solutions that meet local requirements.

  • Project Management: Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects. Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with organizational goals.

  • Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary link between the central team and regional POCs, coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across regions, troubleshooting as needed.

  • Testing, Training and Enablement: Support implementation within local markets in partnership with the local POC by organizing testing phases, training sessions, and providing clear documentation to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of initiatives.

  • Global Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to enhance operations, streamline processes, and boost overall performance. Collect feedback from regional teams and collaborate with the Head of Operations to adjust and improve processes, ensuring they align with market needs.

  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Propose creative solutions to operational challenges, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Presentation Creation: Build clear, visually appealing, and impactful presentation decks to communicate findings, proposals, and progress to stakeholders.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: Experience in operations, process implementation, or project coordination is a plus. Internships or full time experiences in operations or related fields.

  • Project Management Abilities: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and over multiple markets simultaneously.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and evaluate information to solve problems and make informed decisions

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with central and regional teams.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data analysis and presentation creation.

  • Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience in using BI tools and/or SQL is a plus

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and adapting to digital tools and new platforms.

  • Team Player: Team-oriented, collaborative mindset, adaptable, and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on problem-solving.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Educational Background: Degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Bachelor or Master

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential. Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
