Directly reporting to the Senior Ops Manager, the Central Operations Intern will play a vital supporting role in assisting our Central Operations team as we design and implement scalable processes both in France and internationally. You will contribute to the development of operational frameworks, ensuring streamlined workflows and alignment with company objectives across markets. Working closely with the Central Operations team, you’ll engage in data analysis, create impactful presentation decks, and assist in project management to enhance efficiency and drive results.

Main Responsibilities

Process Development Assistance: Support the Central Ops team in designing and implementing scalable operational processes. Contribute to the documentation and refinement of workflows to enhance efficiency across markets.

Project Management Support: Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects. Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with organizational goals.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of initiatives.

Collaboration with Local Teams: Engage with local operations teams to gather feedback, share best practices, and ensure processes are adapted to specific market needs while maintaining alignment with central strategies.

Innovation and Problem-Solving: Propose creative solutions to operational challenges, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Presentation Creation: Build clear, visually appealing, and impactful presentation decks to communicate findings, proposals, and progress to stakeholders.

Profil recherché

Admin: Ability to provide an official internship agreement.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Project Management Abilities: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and evaluate information to solve problems and make informed decisions.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data analysis and presentation creation.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with central and regional teams.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.

Tech Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience in using BI tools and/or SQL is a plus.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and adapting to digital tools and new platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Language : Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
