We are seeking an experienced Senior Communication Manager to develop our communication strategy and lead and amplify our communication efforts across Europe (France, Belgium (Benelux), Spain (+ Portugal), Italy). Reporting directly to Tarik Magra, Marketing Director, you will play a key role in deploying our communication strategy, both at the corporate and marketing levels, overseeing all internal and external communication initiatives.
Your main missions:
Development and Implementation of Communication Strategy
- Develop and lead Driveco's overall communication strategy in Europe, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage communication around Driveco's rebranding process, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Animate and ensure consistency of company messages across all channels (digital, press, offline, and social media).
Press Relations and Agency Management
- Oversee PR agency management in France and abroad, ensuring effectiveness and consistency of disseminated messages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Write and distribute press releases (in collaboration with agencies) and other communication materials.
Corporate and Marketing Communication
- Manage corporate communication as well as marketing communication related to Driveco's business activities, innovations, products, and network.
- Prepare official speeches and draft talking points for online/offline interventions.
- Work closely with the marketing team (content, B2B growth, B2C growth, graphic design, events) to ensure alignment of communication initiatives with company objectives.
- Animate internal channels to stay informed about business news, innovations, or operational events that could justify a communication plan.
Management of Relationships with Industry Associations
- Maintain and develop relationships with industry associations to strengthen Driveco's market influence.
Media Training and Education
- Provide media training and prepare Driveco spokespersons before media appearances.
- Monitor and update talking points to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Newsletter and Reporting Consolidation
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters, ensuring regular and engaging communication.
- Consolidate reports on communication actions, providing strategic analysis and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
Crisis Communication
- Participate in crisis communication management in collaboration with management to ensure a rapid and appropriate response in sensitive situations.

💼 EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in communication.
- Experience in press relations management and strategic communication, ideally in an international context.
- Experience in a technological or energy sector is a plus.
👩💻 HARD SKILLS
- Excellent writing and oral skills in French and English, with particular attention to the quality and accuracy of verbatim and messages.
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, press, offline).
- Experience in media training and drafting strategic communication materials.
- In-depth knowledge of crisis management techniques and sensitive communication.
- Proficiency in communication tools.
