Descriptif du poste

Financial records and reporting

  • Check and record accurate and up-to-date accounting documents (purchase orders, expenses reports, payroll reports)

Accounting and financial operations

  • Collect information and documentation (supplier invoices, expenses and fixed assets)

  • Manage monthly accounting operations according to accounting plan, enter invoices in the accounting tool, ensure appropriate classification of costs

  • Match bank statements, prepare bank reconciliation reports

  • Prepare closing operations: assist in the recording of the financial statements (profit and loss account, balance sheet, cashflow), assist in the preparation of the tax package, maintain the mandatory accounting documents intended for controls (tax administration, auditor, accountants)

  • Participate in the preparation of the Research Tax Credit (Crédit Impôt Recherche)

Process improvement and Compliance

  • Check and manage compliance with the accounting plan and the company standards

  • Keep informed about relevant accounting regulations and update the internal technical documentation (procedures and best practices)


Profil recherché

  • You have already worked as an Accountant, ideally 3-5 years of experience

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Accounting

  • Knowledge and experience working with ERPs (Odoo or Pennylane is a plus)

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in English effectively both orally and in writing

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Adaptability to work independently and with proactivity

  • Working skills in the use of Microsoft Office 365, iOS environment
