Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging. Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

In 3 years, we have:

• Deployed 300 stations and over 1700 fast-charging points
• Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
• Opened several offices in France and Europe
• Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
• Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

💼 Yours Missions

As a Finance Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by automating processes, managing data workflows, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of tasks that combine data analytics, reporting, business planning, and automation in a fast-growing industry. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with senior business analysts, data engineers, and strategic decision-makers.

🦸‍♀️🦸Your responsibilities

1. Reports Automation :
   • Create and automate reports with our main Team KPIs
   • Automate the Business Plan updates for our investors and lenders
   • Automate the creation of operational reports for our investors
2. Database Management :
   • Conduct weekly updates of our database
   • Improve quality and scalability of our database
3. P&L & Station Performance Analysis :
   • Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst on P&L analysis
   • Provide automated reports on station performances
4. Market Monitoring :
   • Extract key market data from competitor reports
5. Legal
   • Automate the generation of legal documents needed for financial purposes

😎 Your Profile

• Education: You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Engineering in a top tier engineering school
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Metabase or similar BI tools is a plus (training will be provided).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
