MISSIONS

  • Study the market to know the competitive environment and market characteristics, understand who the buyers are

  • Articulate value propositions for products and features in line with market demand, craft and maintain the product messaging framework

  • Partner with Product and Growth to ensure our apps value proposition meets customers demand and is framed in a way that differentiates from the competition

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Understand: Market & Buyers research

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities: trend, dynamics, regulation, estimation of the potential market (market sizing) and help detect business opportunities

  • In tandem with the Product Managers, build internal knowledge of the competition: direct, indirect and potential; identify opportunities and threats

  • Build buyer personas: top challenges, motivational levers, buying inhibitors, budget control, influence in the organization, media/comm preferences

  • Collaborate with Product teams to shape product roadmaps based on customer needs/feedbacks and market insights.

Shape: Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences: vision, mission, market, differentiators, promise

  • Own product pages on our website, marketplace listings and product sheets

  • Challenge & feed the roadmap with market insights

  • Collaborate with the Product team to support user onboarding: quick tour, how to, specific content and UX writing

  • Contribute to the pricing and business plan definition with the Product Managers: projected sales, pricing, perceived value

Roll-out: Go-to-market & Internal enablement

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives: beta users recruitment, external communication, in-app messaging, emailings…

  • Partner with the Growth team to create campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.

  • Create & manage creation of content (blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, product videos) that communicates product value and engages users.

  • Enable the Partner & Growth team with effective product collateral, competitive insights, product demos, and value propositions, sales pitch, conference presentations, use-cases presentations, success stories…

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars and conferences to showcase our solutions mainly abroad.

  • Coach & support internal teams on product strategy and communication

  • Closely monitor performance metrics: free trials, conversion, paid licence, MRR, New MRR, churn and contribute to improving these metrics.

Profil recherché

Education Level & Diploma

5 years degree in Digital Marketing/technical background with a marketing degree

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Product Marketing, or Marketing, in the SaaS/Tech world

Obsessed with understanding our customers’ issues and pain points, with a strong commercial sense

Able to grasp complex technical topics and translate them into unique customer benefits

Skills & attributes

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or high-tech industries.

  • Proficiency in defining product marketing strategies, conducting market research, and leading go-to-market processes.

  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.

  • Strong ability to create impactful marketing materials (presentations, sales arguments, demo videos).

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a talent for identifying business opportunities and understanding market dynamics.

  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to align teams and lead discussions effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, simplifying complex topics and tailoring messages to resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Adaptable and eager to continuously learn and acquire new skills through training opportunities

Step 2 : In-depth interview: 1:1 video to assess skills with our Head of Marketing

Step 3 : Practical case to prepare and present
