MAIN ACTIVITIES
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job offers to sourcing candidates, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless hiring experience by keeping candidates engaged, providing timely responses, and maintaining a strong employer reputation.
Strengthen our employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions, leveraging recruitment platforms, and creating content that showcases Elements as a top workplace.
Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights to improve our talent acquisition strategy.
Partner with the managers to design onboarding programs that give new hires a strong start, ensuring a smooth transition into our culture, tools, and processes.
Support career development by working with employees and managers to build skill development plans and coordinate internal or external training programs.
Drive engagement and belonging through initiatives that strengthen culture, transparency, and team connection.
Organize impactful internal events, from team-building retreats (“Camps” & “Team Days”) to Team Lunch or Breakfast and social gatherings with partners, making the workplace more than just a place to work.
Manage HR admin tasks including employee records, payroll preparation support, absence and leave tracking, and compliance with HR processes (medical visits, workplace safety, RSE initiatives) under the supervision of the Head of People and Accounting.
Enhance office life, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and functional space by managing cleaning, maintenance, security, and emergency fixes.
Manage daily office operations, from handling vendors and supplies to ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Lead creative workspace improvements projects, such as designing innovative areas like a “Lab” for brainstorming or a cozy “Starbucks-style” corner for informal meetings.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience Talent Acquisition.
Experience in HR or People Operations.
Experience in SaaS/Tech environments is a strong plus.
Passion for people, culture, and creating an engaging employee experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and creative workplace.
