eMyosound is developing an innovative medical device for diagnosing heart failure using ultrasound imaging. As an R&D Engineer, you will join the R&D team of this cutting-edge startup. In this role, you will play a key part in improving the quality and interpretability of our ultrasound images. You will be responsible for studying, developing, and implementing algorithms and optimization techniques to extract meaningful information from raw data.

With a background in engineering (Master’s degree, Bac+5) or a PhD, you have at least 5 years of experience, including prior work in image processing within the context of ultrasound imaging, ideally in the development of medical devices.

• Proficient in programming languages: Python and/or MATLAB and C++

• Strong knowledge of signal and image processing, including libraries such as OpenCV and scikit-image

• Good understanding of the physical principles of ultrasound imaging

• Solid foundation in applied mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics)

• Excellent team spirit

• Fluency in English is essential

• Strong adaptability and autonomy

• Regular short-term travel is to be expected
