Definition and operational implementation of content publishing strategy:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Write and update content for the website, LinkedIn posts, and blog articles.

  • Promote the company’s technical and scientific expertise to a professional audience.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Define and operationally implement the company’s marketing strategy.

  • Support the commercial development of the business through targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Define the company participation to the main business and scientific conferences and organize the associated logistic

Communication Project Management:

  • Plan and manage communication projects, including external events and product launches.

  • Coordinate with external partners (communication agencies, graphic designers, etc.).

Strategic and Competitive Monitoring:

  • Monitor market trends and innovations in the health and biotechnology sectors.

  • Analyze the competition and propose actions to differentiate the company in the market.

Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to contribute to internal communication missions.

  • Develop internal communication materials.

  • Organize and facilitate internal events to strengthen team cohesion and corporate culture.


Profil recherché

Education

  • Master’s degree in communication/marketing/journalism or a scientific degree in biology/medical research with progression into communication/marketing roles.

Skills

  • Strong interest in topics related to health research, biotechnology, and oncology.

  • Proven ability to write technical content for both specialist and general audiences.

  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Mastery of digital marketing tools and content management systems.

Candidate profile

  • 3 to 5 years in similar roles, ideally in a biotech company or within the health/medical research sector.

  • Analytical and Synthesizing Mindset: Ability to understand complex technical subjects and communicate them clearly and engagingly.

  • Creativity: Ability to propose innovative ideas to promote the company and its products.

  • Rigor and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and unite around common projects.
