The Business Developer will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the digital marketing space, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and content strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team and clients to identify strategic solutions and support their growth.
Manage and grow the client portfolio, with a particular focus on prospecting new leads in the digital marketing sector
Identify and analyze client needs, proposing tailored solutions based on best digital marketing practices
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to define and implement effective digital strategies
Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports to ensure objectives are met
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and content strategies
Solid knowledge of key digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong results-driven approach
Proactive attitude, passion for digital marketing, and eagerness to grow professionally
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred)
