About the Role
You will be part of the Southwest Europe Customer Marketing team which has the mission to transform shopper behavior and customer / channel knowledge into business plans and lead sustainable joint value creation for Essity and retailers.
You will have the opportunity to work on all our channels (incl. ecommerce & discounters) and for all our brands Lotus, Lotus Baby, Okay, Demak’up, Nana and TENA.
The position will be located in Paris (Saint-Ouen).
What You Will Do
We're looking for someone to support, conduct and analyze panels, data & market research to provide accurate and timely information and relevant insights for strategic and operational decisions. You will support all countries of the southwest region.

Your missions :
Perform analyses of relevant data and prepare insights and recommendations to develop and grow the business
Gather information, monitor data on relevant trends & activities, and contribute to data and insight sharing with others (within and outside organization)
Create reports and scorecards and provide required data to organization to visualize trends, monitor performance, deliver insights, drive efficiency, and enhance effectiveness
Build specific ad-hoc research and support NRM insight / data transformation journey : pricing research , portfolio / mix performance analytics
Scale insights and analytics at regional level, driving synergies , best practices and reporting across South West region
Manage relationship with data/insights agencies and leverage agency to add value to Essity
Who You Are
Strong analytical skills and experience transforming insights into action for optimized business performance
Project management ability to handle different projects in a tight timing for strong sales acceleration
Excellent usage of Nielsen/circana Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools,
Knowledge & ability to build ad-hoc research (quant / qualitative)
3-5 years experience in a panel company (Nielsen IQ, IRI, Kantar) is a plus.
Understanding of AI/advanced analytics tools is a plus
Collaboration skills, leadership, positive attitude, resilience
Autonomous , self driven to build own agenda
English & French speaking is required

Job based in France (Saint-Ouen), flexible rythm with 3 days at the office / 2 days on home office
