Descriptif du poste

The Business Development Manager will be accountable for revenue plans and targets for their region/product portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new business while conducting outreach actions and dealing with inbound leads.

Main Duties

  • Develops effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth and coordinates with sales and marketing teams to implement initiatives

  • Generates, qualifies, and nurtures sales leads and build relationships with prospective clients and partners

  • Updates the CRM system and suggests CRM process improvements

  • Prepares business proposals, reports, and presentations for potential clients

  • Negotiates contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure business deals that align with company goals

  • Participates with Sales and Product Management to respond to RFIs/RFPs

  • Works closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met

  • Monitors progress towards business development goals and reports results to management

  • Uses KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identifies areas for improvement

  • Represents the company at conferences and other external events like webinars


Profil recherché

Preferred experience / Education / Job requirements / Skills

  • Master’s degree in Sales/Business Development

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within SaaS industry (ideally HR space)

  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the SaaS Corporate market (HR focus is a plus)

  • Ability to generate new business and negotiate deals with prospects

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal / external audiences to deliver effective responses to prospects

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and optimize deal conversion

Languages required

  • English (verbal & written - C1 Level)

  • Another language is an additional asset.
