Key Responsibilities
The Membership Team is in charge of the admission process to the Clearing and Guarantee System managed by Euronext Clearing, the monitoring of the membership requirements and the relationship and account management of clients. Also, the team is in charge of implementing the necessary contractual, regulatory and technological solutions, related to the Membership process, for new projects
The Junior Associate will be accountable for the following activities:
- Managing new admissions, membership profiles' changes, resignations by interfacing with clients during all the steps of the above mentioned process and by providing assistance for the completion of necessary documentation;
- Monitoring the maintenance of membership requirements according to timelines established by Euronext Clearing's Rules and Regulations;
- Supporting Clients during the contractual lifecycle, by giving them assistance for the request relating the membership to the Clearing and Guarantee System;
- Liaising with Supervisory Authorities and International Associations and Infrastructure for the provision of figures and data regarding membership details.
The Junior Associate's role mission for Euronext Clearing projects' development will include
- Support in the Design and Value proposition of the new projects' roadmap, with regards to Membership and admission processes;
- Active participation in the programme projects to secure value delivery in compliance with the strict timelines of the projects;
- Active support in the analysis of the most appropriate solutions to be developed to achieve the goals in the most efficient and effective way;
- Cooperate with the Membership Team to maintain high level client support standard during the project phases.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has:
- Master degree in Economics, Finance;
- Good knowledge of Financial Markets;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; native French;
- Team working attitude;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
- Good communication skills;
- Precision;
- Capability to work under pressure.
