We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales and Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Salmon Exchange Desk of Euronext in Bergen. You will manage administrative tasks, organize events, handle billing and invoices, and maintain supplier relationships. Additionally, you will engage market participants, facilitate salmon futures trading, and manage operational tasks on the Euronext Trading Platform.

This is a temporary position with a duration from as soon as possible until 30.09.25.

Key Responsibilities

• Organization of marketing and commercial events related to salmon derivatives
• Management and monitoring of suppliers in direct contact with the salmon derivatives team and exchange desk, including budgeting, purchase requests, orders, and daily management.
• Transition some supplier relationships to the Oslo Bors team following merger
• Enter, amend or cancel orders in Optiq on behalf of trading members.
• Register off-order book (wholesale) trades in Optiq on behalf of trading members
• Support the liquidity of the salmon derivatives market

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Norwegian- and English-speaker
• 3 to 5 years working in the capital markets, commodity trading or salmon industry.
• Understanding of hedging mechanisms trough listed derivatives
• Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, commercial mindset, attention to detail, results-driven and proactive mentality.
