Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.

As a Senior Product Designer, the candidate will participate in the discovery phase for our products by conducting user research and designing web applications. He/she will be in charge of user research, design sprint with creation of prototypes, animation and creation of user paths and interfaces ensuring effective transfer to the development team.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Product, working closely with Product Managers to anticipate changes and design new features.

Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in the overall design of the user experience: user research, prototyping, ideation workshops, user tests , recommendations, design system and everything needed for a seamless handoff
• Organise qualitative and quantitative user research (user interviews, focus-group, poll, survey, etc.) to gather insight on user journey, jobs to be done, pains and needs
• Analyse interviews and research results to leverage insights and propose solutions
• Design wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes (Low and High Fidelity)
• Conduct user tests to ensure usability and a best-in-class experience
• Contribute and update the Design System
• Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology
• Work closely with customers, the product team and the technical team to gain an in-depth understanding of product requirements.

Profile required:

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in product design and development
• Previous experience in web-based SaaS and the B2B software industry is a plus
• A track record in designing professional interfaces (the portfolio will be asked)
• Experience in performing various user research methods
• Ability to solve user problems
• Mastery of UX and ergonomics principles
• High level of comfort with technology and its development
• Fluent in English and French

• Strong ability to innovate, show initiative, be curious and autonomous
• Capacity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, being comfortable with both create and technical skills
• Perfect command of Figma
• Good communication and storytelling skills
