To support its expansion, the team is looking for a new Talent to join the them from May 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in London. You will report to the Business Development Manager.
Within the Primary Markets department, the Business Development team is the focal point for providing business intelligence and driving strategic projects for all Euronext listing venues.
You will be responsible for analysing market trends, conducting equity and debt capital markets research, competitive benchmarking, drafting updates to senior management, and creating actionable business intelligence to support both sales teams across Europe and fuel new strategic developments.
You will contribute to the identification of prospects and create pitches to attract international issuers to Euronext listing venues.
Taking part in the team's effort, you will also help bolster the team's research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics related to equity and debt capital markets.
As part of this European team, you will be involved in the launch and development of new services and initiatives for listed companies, and, more generally, support the Business Development team in projects deemed strategic to deliver on the Primary Markets business unit's ambitions.
Business or engineering school graduate, with an initial experience in finance or consulting.
Solid understanding of - and interest in - capital markets.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proactiveness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and French. Additional languages are a plus.
Command of Excel and PowerPoint. FactSet, Refinitiv or Bloomberg are a plus.

The Primary Markets department covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets.
