Functional Role

Come and join our Travel Pricing and Underwriting team at EA Global!

Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

1. Support the senior lawyers in the implementation of our IT tool, which enables us to create and modify our international travel terms and conditions automatically.

It is made of:

-          A ‘clausier’ which gathers all our Terms and Conditions (‘Repository’) that are used to create our International Travel Terms and Conditions.

-          A ‘robot’ which is a form to be filled out to create our International Terms and Conditions and based on the clausier.

Based on our database of our standard Travel Terms and Conditions for each country, create a ‘clausier’ and robot for each given country in the local language(s) of the said country.

2. Feed our IT tool with all the Travel Terms and Conditions that are currently distributed by Europ Assistance with the possibility to easily extract all the documents in circulation in a given country or language or for a given customer.

You will be responsible for reproducing our international travel Terms and Conditions in various foreign languages. To do this, you will pay close attention to the specific features of each country (regulatory, operational) & ensure that any new coverage, exclusions or clauses are properly integrated.

Each General Conditions document is different from one contract to another, as it includes :

·       Different coverages

·       Different conditions for each cover

·       Different countries / languages

You will actively contribute to the tool’s production launch.

You will also be responsible for identifying Terms and Conditions that differ from our repository and finding a solution to establish or update Terms and Conditions according to operational needs.

3. Maintain reporting tables, and work to ensure that processes are respected.

You will keep a legal watch, which will be useful both for drafting Terms and Conditions and for product distribution, particularly in digital channels.

Your profile

We are looking for a brilliant Master student in Law Insurance, solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills, project management capabilities and driven by curiosity and personal initiative.  Fluent in English given the high level of exposition to the international environment of EA Group. Another European language is a plus.

Duration and place of the internship / Apprentice

The internship period will last for a 6-month timeframe.

The internship is remunerated. 50% home based / Navigo pass reimbursed
