We’re looking for a data-driven analyst to join our brand team at Evaneos.

Reporting to the Brand & Comms Lead, you will be responsible for the data analysis that fuels our creative decisions and drives our brand investments. Day-to-day, you will work with external partners and internal teams to measure and report on our long-term qual/quant brand KPIs, including awareness and brand perception. You will also analyze the performance of regular social media, PR, and digital activations, as well as multi-channel brand campaigns.

This is a new role created in phase with increased brand investment and an important link between the creative team, social, performance, and data teams. Your challenge will be to create clear and efficient frameworks while regularly monitoring and improving performance.

You’ll join a passionate team working to revolutionize the travel industry, creating better trips for travelers and better trips for the world.

Main missions
Set in place a framework to track and report on ongoing brand perception and awareness KPIs, regularly sharing and communicating clear and actionable insights.
Track and analyze 360 brand campaigns with external partners, measuring impact, reach, and brand perception – during and post-activation. Input on strategy and media planning with external agencies.
Set up the right tools (such as looker) to track our social media results (community growth, reach, impressions) against annual objectives and ambitions in our 2025 roadmap.
Analyze data and results to better adapt our social ad strategies, including performance KPIs and creative insights.
Support teams by instilling a philosophy of creative efficiency, helping Awareness activations to have a better and stronger impact where it matters the most (traffic, A/B testing creatives…). Build synergies with data and performance marketing teams.

Profil recherché

Profile

You have excellent analytical and communication skills and are confident in owning your own projects within a collaborative team. You’re at ease distilling complex KPIs into clear insights.

Passionate about traveling more sustainably.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing brand awareness and multi-channel marketing campaigns, and optimizing social campaigns.
Technical experience in Facebook Ads and GA.
An existing network of industry contacts tackling similar challenges in other companies or willingness to forge new links (desirable)
Fluent or full professional proficiency in English; at least B2 spoken French desirable.
