March 2008, Yvan sends a call-out to an alumni newsletter, looking for a travel and entrepreneurship lover. Eric responds, and the adventure begins!

The first round of fundraising took place in February 2011, helping the team to expand internationally. In 2019, we passed the 500,000 travelers mark, with 22 nationalities in-house.

The 2020 global health crisis hits the industry hard, leading to a Job-Saving Plan. One year later, the first “Evaneos Days” are held. Having 30% of full remote workers, gathering all Evaneossians at la Voyagerie these two days per month is key!

The year 2022 marks a significant milestone for us by releasing our first voluntary impact report and carbon footprint assessment. This initiative allows us to take a precise inventory of our actions and their impacts, paving the way for a deep reflection on the efforts needed to achieve our ambitious goals.
