As part of the Growth & Acquisition department, our team drives ambitious international growth. The team consists of Country and Market Growth Managers, all working remotely. We are now seeking a talented Southern Country Manager to oversee Italy and Spain.
As Southern Europe Country Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Evaneos’ expansion across Italy and Spain. You’ll drive and optimize commercial performance in both markets, develop and coordinate strategies to enhance brand visibility and ensure sustainable, ambitious growth towards 2030.
You’ll report to Sarah, Head of Markets, and manage our IT & ES Growth Marketing Manager while being in touch with all internal teams.
Your main missions will be:

Act as the markets insider: Deliver structured and changing insights that will shape the product, marketing, and brand strategies. Build powerful networks and stay ahead of industry trends to keep us in the know.
Orchestrate success: Coordinate winning market plans that bring together all pieces of the puzzle - from supply to loyalty, product, and brand, ensuring everything moves in perfect harmony with our business goals.
Make collaboration happen: Turn plans into reality by overseeing cross-functional implementation and collaborating with expert teams to keep the products and services perfectly tuned to market needs.
📊 Global market activity & business development
Contribute to business excellence: participate in weekly business reviews, forecasts, and budgets, analyze performance to seize opportunities, recommend proactive strategies, and keep us ahead of the curve.
Build partnerships and projects: connect with brand partners and lead or support key projects that will expand market presence and drive business growth, from SEO optimization to groundbreaking partnerships.
Optimize and drive performance: unleash market potential by strategically optimizing destinations, channels, and users to maximize both growth and profitability.

Spread the word: Team up with PR pros to craft compelling stories and strategies that make Evaneos shine in Italy and Spain. Act as the primary spokesperson in both markets.
Connect and inspire: Be Evaneos ambassador at industry events and trade fairs, building meaningful connections and staying on top of what’s hot in travel. Turn networking opportunities into growth catalysts for Evaneos.

You have:
a native level of Italian, and are fluent in Spanish & English. Speaking French would be a plus
5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry or related field
a real market expertise thanks to at least 3 years’ experience in the Italian B2C market. Experience on the Spanish B2C market would be a plus.
a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment and leading transversal projects.
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make strong recommendations.
a 1st experience in a start-up / scale-up / fast-growing environment would be a plus.
You are:
