🤲 Within Evaneos, our expertise is split into two key teams:
Product & Growth Analytics Data Team: This team partners with the Product, Acquisition, and CRM teams to monitor platform performance, evaluate product experiments, and drive actionable insights. It is composed of 3 Data Analysts.
Business Analytics Team: This team collaborates with Evaneos’ operational teams to drive the overall strategy, focusing on both B2C and B2B audiences while ensuring performance tracking. It is composed of 3 Business Analysts.

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to head our Product & Growth Analytics team.
You’ll report directly to Romain, our Chief Product & Growth Officer, and play a critical role in achieving our growth ambitions while shaping the future of travel at Evaneos.
Your role will be to manage a high-performing Product & Growth Analytics team, define robust analytical frameworks, champion data-driven decision-making strategies, and deliver actionable insights to elevate Product & Growth performance.
More specifically, this role will involve:
👥 Lead & mentor the Product Analytics Team
Manage and mentor a team of 3 Product Analysts, each focusing on Acquisition & Activation, Funnel, and Customers & CRM.
Shape the data culture by empowering Product & Growth teams through:
1/ Training on data interpretation, analytics frameworks, and decision-making.
2/ Implementing best practices in experimentation, performance tracking, and impact measurement.
📈 Drive Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision-Making
Own and optimize performance analysis, including KPI tracking, user journey insights, segmentation, and engagement metrics.
Champion a culture of rapid experimentation, supporting teams with robust data-backed A/B tests that drive product and growth improvements.
Optimize marketing attribution models with Wizaly, combining last non-direct click and algorithmic contributions to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams
Team-up actively with the Business Analytics Lead to align insights and performance tracking, ensuring seamless integration of product and commercial data.
Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to enhance acquisition, activation, and long-term user engagement.
Work with Data Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Product Design to:
Optimize pipelines and blend user research with data-driven insights.
Implement scoring, matching, and personalization systems to enrich the traveler experience.
Drive AI/ML-powered innovations for new product features.
Integrate data insights and qualitative research for better user engagement.
Analyze the traveler journey end-to-end, uncover actionable insights, and collaborate with R&D Leadership to drive product and business innovation.
You’ve led and grown a Product Analytics team as a manager in a B2C company for at least 3 years and understand the dynamics of growth, experimentation, and user behavior.
Strategic yet hands-on: You know how to define the big picture but love getting into the data details when needed.
You focus on impact: You don’t just analyze for the sake of it—you measure, optimize, and drive business outcomes.
You love cross-functional collaboration: You thrive in multi-disciplinary teams, working side-by-side with Product, Tech, Data, Growth, and Business stakeholders.
You’re a leader: You empower teams, simplify complexity, and inspire others with clear, data-backed insights.
You’re an experimentation pro: You design, run, and analyze A/B tests with rigor and precision.
You master analytics tools: Strong expertise in SQL & analytics tools (Python is a plus!).
You can create dashboards, build data models, and develop scalable transformation pipelines.
Bonus points for experience with marketing attribution models & cross-channel analysis.
You’re fluent in English and can confidently run meetings, pitch insights, and conduct user interviews.
Job will be based in Paris.
