We are looking for a motivated German-speaking phone advisor to join our partner to take care of the German travelers calls about Sri Lanka, Portugal, Thailand, Costa Rica and Japan. You will manage travelers’ requests via the Evaneos platform. This role is essential for developing the treatment capacity of our agencies in the concerned regions, so you will have a key role. Your missions as a phone advisor :

Reporting to the operations director Adrien, you will be responsible for the German market qualification calls. Your main missions will be:

 1)     Making telephone calls to German customers

• Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

• Prequalification of travel plans for our German-speaking prospects (by phone and email)

• Understanding travelers’ expectations and specific needs

• Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

2)     Daily call management (incoming and outgoing)

• Ensure “prospecting” (outgoing calls) and the telephone “switchboard” (incoming calls)

3)     Daily management of the mailbox dedicated to German customers

• Preparing acknowledgments of receipt

• Scheduling appointments

• Answering customers questions

4)     Respect the specifications issued by our BtoB clients in terms of quality

• Compliance with the call script and processes (at all stages of request processing)

• You are native in German and proficient in English

• Being punctual for appointments with clients is natural for you

• You are adaptable: being able to adapt to different work media, schedules, etc.

• You master IT tools (100% digital environment)
