😎 Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Chef de Projet Growth / CSM (Alternance) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our senior Project Manager, CEO, and COO on significant client projects, helping with the management of large accounts and independently managing smaller accounts, while also actively participating in client-facing events.
💻 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the senior Project Manager on major client accounts and independently manage smaller accounts.
Assist in preparing and attending client workshops, trade shows, and other client-facing events.
Maintain daily communication with clients through Slack or Email.
Participate in monthly client reporting meetings and monitor campaign performances.
Support the project lifecycle from onboarding to handover, ensuring smooth operation with the team.
Attend client review meetings alongside senior Project Managers or CEO.
Contribute new ideas to support EverFruit’s growth and implement them in daily operations.
Engage in internal projects like developing an internal knowledge base.
Join company team-building events, held quarterly.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
Previous agency experience, preferably in an apprenticeship or internship.
Experience in a client-facing role.
Familiarity with project management and digital marketing tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Databox, Analytics).
Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a startup environment.
Fluent in French and English, as we operate primarily in English.
