Meet Ilan, CEO
Ever Dye
Ilan is a French industrial engineer with experience in DeepTech entrepreneurship. He worked as an entrepreneur in residence for a French incubator where he supported scientific companies getting off the ground, before joining one of them as the Chief Product Officer. Ilan met his cofounder Amira during Entrepreneur First, and they launched Ever Dye together.
He is a big fan of sport and reggae music.
Elsa is a Lebanese chemist that holds a PhD in organic and supramolecular chemistry from University of Strasbourg. After her thesis, she went on to pursue her academic research in Belgium. She then joined Ever Dye where she's in charge of developing an environmentally friendly pretreatment that improves the affinity of their dye to fabrics.
In her free time, Elsa enjoys reading romantic novels, travelling, and trying new cuisine.
Sean is an American chemical engineer from RPI, with experience in process design and industrial scale-up. After working for 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry at Regeneron, he decided to move to France and joined Sanofi. He is now in charge of scaling the production of Ever Dye's pigment and make it available at large scale to their global clients.
When he isn't at the office, he enjoys playing retro video games and skateboarding.

Ever Dye is on a mission to create a new standard for coloring where colors are beautiful, sustainable, reach high quality standards and are economically viable.
The textile industry is one of the most polluting in the world, and dyeing processes represent its highest impact with half the industry's carbon emissions, and 20% of world water pollution.
Founded in August 2021, Ever Dye develops an innovative dyeing process combined with a biosourced pigment to depollute the textile industry. Their green chemical solutions allow dyeing mills to produce 5x faster with 15x less energy while fitting into existing infrastructures.
Ever Dye works with some of the biggest brands in the world to make its product available at a very large scale.
