Our team of passionate Real Estate industry experts is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Consultant (m/f) eager to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Since its creation in 2018 Forstone has been successfully accompanying world’s Real Estate firms with a wide range of financial services driven by:

• A unique hands-on approach powering tailor-made and trustworthy partnerships.
• An industry proficiency encompassing all kind of investments vehicles (Fund and SPVs) throughout their life cycle.
• A genuine passion for providing services with the utmost care where planning, listening, thinking, controlling, and sharing are the key.

Your next challenge will include:

• Preparation of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements under LuxGAAP / IFRS as well as
  investors reporting (including INREV)
• Handling day to day accounting for Property Companies and Holding Companies
• Assistance with direct and indirect tax fillings as well as regulatory reporting (e.g., AIFMD)
• Designing and providing tailor-made trainings
• Involvement on Digitalization projects such as processes improvement or software implementation
• Assistance in relation to due diligence or modelling assignments
• Coping with compliance requirements for your client
  portfolio (KYC and AML topics)

• Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACA / ACCA
• qualified or equivalent (e.g. OEC or DEC) would be considered as an advantage.
• You have a first experience in Real Estate Funds and SPVs Accounting / Audit.
• You are looking forward to developing your knowledge about key drivers and the most recent developments in the Real Estate industry as well as laws and regulations impacting the sector.
• You are eager to be involved on a diversity of projects from accounting to advisory.
• You developed the ability to manage multiple work streams and to work either independently or in a team.
• You have strong analytical and result oriented skills which enable you to quickly solve important problems through tailor made deliverables.
• You have a genuine team spirit, and you are focused on delivering your clients with the highest standards of quality.
• You have advanced knowledge about accounting
• tools / ERP such as BOB 50, YARDI or eFront.
• Experience with Data Analytics tools is considered as an asset.
• You are fluent in English and French. Additional languages, such as German or Luxembourgish would be a plus.
