Key responsibilities :

• Data Science Projects: Participate in the complete Data Science process, from definition of business needs, data processing, to model development and evaluation.

• Model Development :

  Machine Learning: Develop high-performance, scalable predictive models to be integrated into the FuturMaster solution.

  Reinforcement Learning: Apply reinforcement learning techniques to supply chain issues.

  Generative AI: Work on GenAI applications and language models (LLMs) to enrich the FuturMaster solution.

• Collaboration: Working closely with the product, development and design teams to implement Machine Learning solutions.

• Research projects: Participate in research projects to develop new Machine Learning methods to meet our customers’ complex challenges.

• Communication: popularize and present analyses and results to stakeholders (R&D and Professional Services).

• Internal and External Engagement: Contribute to internal and external communication by participating in various events and workshops to communicate about FuturMaster’s AI solutions and culture.

• Train and support our consulting and pre-sales teams in best data practices and the use of ML solutions.

• Tech innovations: Contribute to the technological watch and to the evolution of our Machine Learning platform.

💻 Technical Environment: Python, Jupyter Notebook, Git, Azure DevOps, MLFlow, Docker, AWS (S3, Lambda, Fargate, SageMaker), LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• 2 remote days per week

• BAC +5 in computer science, mathematics, statistics or general engineering degree.

• 4 years’ experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in developing end-to-end ML solutions.

• Expertise in Python and its Data Science libraries (data manipulation, EDA, data visualization).

• Mastery of descriptive and predictive analysis techniques, probability and advanced statistics.

• Ability to transform complex business problems into concrete data science solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to popularize ML concepts to a variety of audiences.

• Professional English (reading, writing, speaking) to interact in an international context.

• Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge.

And it’s a real plus if:

• You have experience in data science and Reinforcement Learning applied to supply chain and forecasting.

• You have knowledge of GenAI practices, LLM applications and corporate applied research processes.

• You are familiar with cloud environments, particularly AWS.

• You adhere to the principles of software craftsmanship and agile development best practices.
