As the Product Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in positioning our supply chain planning and TPx solutions in the market. You will be responsible for developing compelling product messaging, creating high-quality content, and supporting our global demand generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and regional marketing, to ensure that our solutions are effectively communicated and differentiated in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning and Messaging:
Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our advanced Supply Chain Planning and TPx solutions.
Ensure product messaging resonates with target audiences and clearly differentiates FuturMaster from competitors.
Content Creation:
Develop sales enablement materials, including marketing toolkits, data-sheets, and slide decks.
Create and manage white papers, blog articles, case studies, and other thought leadership content.
Demand Generation: Collaborate on the development of content for global demand generation campaigns, including webinars and SEA white paper downloads.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the go-to-market strategy, including product launches and market entry plans.
Analysts’ Benchmarks: Track and analyze industry benchmarks and analyst reports to inform product positioning.
Integration Points and Collaboration:
Product Management: Work closely to align product positioning with the product roadmap.
Sales and VARs: Collaborate to ensure that sales kits and messaging are effective in the field.
Regional Marketing Teams: Ensure that product messaging is consistent across regions.
Regional Marketing Teams and Marketing Operations Lead: Coordinate on content for demand generation campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number and quality of sales kits and marketing materials produced.
Engagement metrics for white papers, blog articles, and other content.
Impact of product positioning on lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
Analyst report rankings and mentions.

Full proficiency in both spoken and written communication in English and French
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS & Supply Chain Planning, or TPx solutions.
Proven experience in developing positioning and messaging strategy.
Strong analytical skills for understanding industry benchmarks.
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce thought leadership marketing materials.
Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.

Personality and logic test to take at home (2 hours) followed by a debriefing with a consultant (45 minutes)
