Are you passionate about innovative biotechnology solutions? GenSensor, a cutting-edge company specializing in analytical tool development applied to process development and bioproduction, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager Europe to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:

As Sales Manager Europe, you will drive the commercial growth of GenSensor’s products and services portfolio across the European market. Your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets by promoting our high-performance solutions to key stakeholders in the life sciences industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the European region.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and key accounts.

  • Represent GenSensor at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support) to ensure customer satisfaction.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology sector.

  • Experience working with European markets and an understanding of regional business dynamics.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%).

Location:

Flexible (Remote within Europe).
