As part of the Data Operations team, you will be involved in a wide variety of data-related tasks that touch on different functions of the company, both for the product and for improving our internal processes, all aimed at helping ZELIQ scale:

• Research and Data Enrichment:

  • Conduct internet-based research to gather additional information, find new tools, and explore innovative solutions to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in data-related topics, improving the quality and efficiency of our data processes

  • Enter data within time limits, verify or update existing data to ensure accuracy and relevance for the application.

• Data Pipeline and Process Management:

  • Build and maintain data pipelines to streamline the acquisition, processing, and transformation of data to ensure optimal data quality.

  • Design and implement workflows and processes to maintain ongoing data updates and integrity.

  • Integrate Machine Learning algorithms where appropriate to automate and enhance decision-making processes.

• Creation of BI Dashboards:

  • Design and maintain interactive BI dashboards in Tableau, providing actionable insights to operational teams and management.

  • Ensure dashboards remain up-to-date and reliable, supporting informed decision-making.

• Data Analysis and Analytical Support:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to identify their needs for tools and data analyses.

  • Analyze data from our databases (PostgreSQL and BigQuery) to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate analysis results to relevant teams.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an engineering school or in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or another relevant area.
  Available for a 6 month internship based in Paris starting in January or February 2025.

• Basic Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or BigQuery) is required, though we are prepared to provide training for more advanced usage.

  • Interest or experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or other BI tools.

  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) and an interest in automation to streamline processes.

  • Experience with REST APIs for data integration and automation tasks.

  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI is a strong plus—particularly if you have a desire to learn more about integrating ML algorithms for data automation and enhancing decision-making processes.
