40% of your time will be dedicated to your team’s management:
Managing a team of 3-4 Site Reliability Engineers, creating a safe, healthy and motivated team.
Defining and prioritizing the team’s objectives, according to GitGuardian’s business priorities.
Distributing tickets.
Managing on-call duties in the team (one week every month for each SRE team member).
60% of your time will be focus on individual contribution, on various projects, such as:
Designing, developing and automating our SaaS infrastructure.
Ensuring high availability, reliability and security on production systems (including upgrade, release and incident management, troubleshooting).
Completing the migration of the existing infrastructure to Kubernetes (50% of the 8 applications already migrated).
Taking part of the infrastructure cost control (COGS)
Implementing a continuous delivery.
Enhancing our tools for observability.
Defining and providing the simplest interfaces to Software Engineers, to help them being as autonomous as possible.
Advocate engineering teams about DevOps best practices.
Cross-team collaboration (marketing, Eng, …)
Join our highly skilled and passionate Engineering team, and be part of an ambitious roadmap (launching several new services, updating observability, work on cost optimization)!

Experience managing a team (at least 2 years)
Previous significant experience as a SRE, deep knowledge of this role
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferably)
Significant experience in a Kubernetes ecosystem, being able to challenge technical choices and drive the technical roadmap of the team
Significant experience with AWS
Experience in CI/CD, preferably with GitLab
Good level in English and French (public speaking is part of the job)
It’s nice if you…
Don’t embed API keys in your code ;-)
Have already worked on our entire platform stack (cf below)
Have experience managing an on-call rotation (planification, reporting, escalation, post-mortems, etc)
Have a previous experiences in cybersecurity and with strong security practices
