Gladia was founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Quéguiner, former VP Research & Innovation @OVHcloud, with a specific mission: to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.
We raised $16M in Series A from top investors (XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures etc.) to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.
Our raison d’être is to empower any voice-first companies enabling them to easily integrate our transcription capabilities into their products, regardless of language, industry, or tech stack. Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis features in over 100 languages, with exceptional accuracy and speed. We’re looking for our first dedicated brand designer to shape Gladia’s brand identity and design marketing assets across multiple channels—from live events to email and our website. You’ll work with the marketing team and cross-functionally to build our brand and reach target companies. This is a unique opportunity to build a memorable SaaS brand in the fast-paced AI space.
Design and create marketing assets across multiple channels, including web, social, email, sales enablement, ads, and events.
Own and evolve Gladia’s brand identity and brand guidelines over time, and continue to elevate our quality and craftsmanship
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Gladia team, contractors, and partners understand and use the brand consistently.
Create a brand that stands out for creativity and quality and resonates with our audiences
Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets that drive growth, and optimize creative assets as needed to improve performance.
Collaborate with our product design team to create a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the company to take design projects from concept to completion.
3 to 6 years of brand design experience at tech companies or specialized tech agencies. Experience at B2B startups and early or growth stage startups preferred.
Online portfolio that shows relevant work with high-quality bar, outstanding execution, and creative solutions to design and marketing challenges.
Experience owning and evolving brand guidelines.
Breadth in all areas of brand and communications design, with core competencies in brand and web design.
Experience creating live event activations and/or managing video producers/editors a plus
Proficiency with design tools (Figma), and knowledge of Webflow or similar
Strong project management abilities with ability to prioritize, execute, and make design decisions on your own.
