As Gladia grows and our business matures, we are looking for a Product Manager / Owner to help us define, design, and deliver our next product and pursue active growth in the existing and future markets.

At the intersection of tech, business, and marketing, you will discover our customers’ needs and translate them into product objectives and features. You’ll then ensure that these features are implemented consistently to truly meet our customer’s needs and guarantee the smooth running of the project.

What the job involves:

• Work alongside the PMM to conduct user interviews to understand the market and define the product specifications.

• Identify & prioritize features and initiatives that bring the most benefits to users

• Define and communicate the roadmap (product or feature release)

• Work with a team of developers to create technical specifications and drive execution to ensure delivery of the solution on time

• Be the interface between the different teams (tech, marketing, sales…)

• Define key metrics to assess the product’s health, analyse feature performance, and generate insights

• Write the technical documentation

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Owner

• You’ve worked at a B2B startup with a technical audience, preferably with an API product.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing company

• Experience working in complex technical environments and for technical audiences

• You are very organised and structured

• Fluency in English
