✨ Mission

You’ll lead our company’s Software & IT Deployment Department (10 people to date), ensuring tech vision and strategy to achieve our business goals.

Your role will be to drive growth and mentor your teams to achieve the objectives of an ambitious roadmap. You will oversee the development, implementation, and deployment of technology systems; while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will collaborate with other executives, including the CEO, Chief Innovation Officer, VP of Product, Head of AI, Chief Business Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. You will also represent technology at the Executive Committee.

🥇 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s Software and IT Deployment strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Lead and mentor the Software Development and Deployment managers

• Collaborate with other executive team members to define and prioritize business requirements and technology solutions.

• Oversee the development, deployment, and operation of products and infrastructure. Ensure the company’s technology systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

• Structure teamwork, culture and processes in Development and Operations teams; as well as interfaces with other teams (Product, Regulatory, IA, Sales)

• Represent Gleamer at industry events, corporate meetings and public forums

• Responsible for key integration partnerships on the technical side (OEM, distributors, PACS, RIS)

✅ Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role in a scaling environment

• Extensive experience in development in an agile environment, preferably in a SaS cloud context.

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and French

⊕ Preferred experiences:

• Experience in the healthcare environment

• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.

• Experience concerning AI
