We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, capable of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Oversee website performance, ensuring strong user experience and conversion rate optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and effective digital assets.
Manage social media presence, creating and curating content to enhance audience engagement.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creativity and problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
