As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, serving as a crucial link between our product and sales teams. Your main responsibility will be to craft strategic documents and enablement content that empower our sales teams to effectively understand and promote our cutting-edge solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative enablement content, including training decks, eLearning modules, and sales playbooks.
Translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.
Quickly master complex technical products and translate them into accessible training for sales and customer-facing teams, as well as partners and distributors.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Serve as a dynamic, engaging presence in training sessions, workshops, and other enablement activities.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You Have:
At least one prior role in product marketing and/or sales enablement, ideally in the health tech industry.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful enablement solutions.
A strong technical acumen with the ability to learn, simplify, and teach complex product details.
Proven expertise in creating and delivering a variety of enablement content tailored to different audiences.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of building trust and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to assess program impact and optimize strategies.
An engaging, “on stage” presence that inspires and motivates teams.
Excellent oral & writing skills in English.
