About this role : 

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Offer Content team in London, UK. This role involves leading the development of our content syndication platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives. The position will play a crucial role in managing comprehensive offer types, including gift cards, vouchers, deals, and cashbacks, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology and market demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision and strategy for the content syndication platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance automation capabilities and user experience.
  • Identify market opportunities through rigorous analysis of industry trends and user feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
  • Organize and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of developments that maximize value.
  • Develop data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of new features and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor technological advancements and regulatory changes that could impact the product roadmap or operational compliance.
  • Shape the company's thought leadership in content syndication by participating in workshops, and other relevant forums.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with CMS systems and their application in content syndication technology.
  • Possess prior experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry, particularly with voucher or discount services.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven product development, particularly in CMS and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing successful features based on user and market data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
  • Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Familiarity with CMS frameworks and APIs

Soft skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
