Position Overview :
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Gojob, you will be responsible for implementing the HR development and talent management strategy that drives our growth. You will take on the role of strategic Business Partner, working with key teams including our Tech team (50 people: Tech, Data, Product, Platform) and our US team (20 people, across all functions, supported by a local HR Director).
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent development: Lead and support talent development programs for technical teams, including recruitment, retention, career development, and management skills. Identify skill gaps and provide solutions to enhance employee growth and capability.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers within our tech and US teams.
- Performance & Feedback: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting performance management, feedback processes, and coaching leaders to enhance team effectiveness.
- Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build programs that promote employee engagement and well-being.
- Workforce Planning: Provide data-driven insights to help the business optimize headcount, improve team structure, and ensure scalability.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving tech environment at Gojob, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices, contributing to the implementation of efficient HR processes.
- In addition to your core role as HRBP, you will also manage and lead certain strategic HR processes at the boundaries of Gojob’s scope
🔍 What We’re Looking For :
- Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, with a strong focus on tech or product teams in a scale-up environment.
- Expertise in Tech HR: Deep understanding of tech talent dynamics, including recruitment strategies, retention, and career development for software engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think and act strategically, balancing long-term HR goals with immediate business needs.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Agile & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1 level required: listening and reading proficiency) and French, both spoken and written.
- Work Location: The position is based in Aix-en-Provence, France, with the possibility of 2 days of telecommuting per week.
