Greenerwave has acquired solid expertise in the design of RIS (Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces) at various frequencies (from 1GHz to 77GHz) and in the development of physical algorithms based on the understanding of wave propagation in complex environments. This expertise has enabled us to achieve ultra-fast beamforming for satellite communication and unprecedented resolution in radar imaging.
The Technology & Innovation (T&I) department works on the technological core of Greenerwave by studying, designing, and characterizing new types of RF systems based on RIS. The team manages upstream study projects, prototype and proof-of-concept development, and the development of cross-sector solutions across the company.
The cross-functional “Algorithms and Modeling” team works particularly on the implementation and optimization of digital models for antennas to enable control of these systems and the analysis of the reconfigurable systems developed at Greenerwave.
Reporting to the T&I department and in collaboration with the “Algorithms and Modeling” team, under the direction of Rémi, Innovation Program Director, and Mathieu, Algorithm & Modeling Manager, you will help develop digital tools to characterize and analyze the performance of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS).
Here are the missions waiting for you:
Participate in the development of digital tools based on learning methods to characterize and analyze reconfigurable surfaces, notably by identifying the main parameters governing their behavior,
Contribute to, using this tool, the analysis of RIS already designed at Greenerwave and improve the design methods for RIS by integrating new metrics,
Set up experimental benches and the acquisition of data for building the digital model and analyzing existing RIS,
Improve the understanding of the performance of antenna systems integrating RIS using the tools and analyses developed previously.
