☀️ About the position :

We are looking for our Head of Partnerships to join Greenscope, a leading greentech company in sustainable metrics and ESG reporting.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a vital role at the heart of Greenscope’s development.

🚀 Main Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with large companies and financial institutions.

  • Developing relationships with major consulting firms and key institutions across Europe.

  • Fostering synergies with Big 4 firms and specialized ESG consultancies (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Mazars, BearingPoint, etc.).

  • Integrating with ESG expert groups within professional associations (France Invest, France Assureurs, CIC, Europe Invest, etc.).

  • Engaging with the Greentech ecosystem to build trusted relationships with industry peers.

  • Building relationships with regulators to stay ahead of regulatory developments (AMF, European Commission, etc.).

  • Creating partner offers (business referrals, distribution agreements, etc.).

  • Managing indirect revenue streams (partner-related).

  • Ensuring strong collaboration with internal teams, particularly sales and marketing.


Profil recherché

✍️ Required Qualifications :

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and social etiquette, along with a deep understanding of the norms in demanding environments (for example, ease in private lounges or executive committees).

  • You are experienced in complex partnerships or sales involving high-level stakeholders (CEOs, Managing Directors, CSR Directors, etc.).

  • You know how to manage business referral agreements or distribution contracts.

  • You are an overachiever who consistently exceeds targets.

  • Preferably, you have experience in selling technological or consulting solutions, and in ESG.

  • You are highly organized, methodical, and very meticulous in managing your sales pipeline and CRM.

  • You are passionate about ecological transition and corporate social responsibility issues.

  • You quickly develop expertise in intellectual and complex topics and find them interesting (For example: understanding how complex IT solutions work, reviewing regulations, synthesizing research documentations…).

  • You are willling to travel frequently.

🎖️ Academic & Foreign Languages:

  • Master degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent university degree).

  • C2 levels in English is required. French C1.
