Descriptif du poste

Your mission will be to grow our Groover Club community, the first club for independent artists: https://groover-masterclass.teachable.com/ .
You will work closely with Romain, our CEO, and Chrystelle, Groover Club Coordinator to make this new service successful.

Missions

  • Get new artists to join Groover Club

  • Improve the sales process and make our distribution process efficient and scalable

  • Collaborate on creating a music business coaching Q&A for artists and coaches—you’ll gain valuable insights into the music industry.

  • Organize monthly open mic events to engage the community and provide artists with performance opportunities.

  • Help artist with coaching and ressources


Profil recherché

  • You are student in France

  • You already have an experience of selling a product or service before (at least one internship where you sold something successfully) and/or Music Industry

  • You understand how to present value to customers

  • You Know : Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel especially)

  • You are rigorous and disciplined

  • You have great written and verbal communication skills both in English and French

  • You have empathy and you are reactive

  • You are result-oriented

  • Your knowledge on CRM is a bonus

  • A No Code tooling is also strong bonus (AirTable, Notion)

  • You love Music & artists (Strong Nice to Have)


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Phone Screen with Bérénice (HR) 30 min

  • Home Case study

  • Ops & Fit interview with Chrystelle (Lead Groover Club)

  • Final Interview with Romain (CEO)

    Internship available for - 5/6 months only
